We understand the challenges utilities face assembling crews after hours because we’ve experienced them ourselves. We’ve worked for and with large utilities and telecommunication companies, witnessing just how challenging after-hours crew assembly can be first hand. After looking into automated crew callout software solutions, we realized there just wasn’t a solution purpose-built for the small or mid-size utility. Every solution we found was too complex, too big, too rigid and too expensive. So, we created Intelligent Design Applications (I-DE-A) with the humble mission to simplify painstaking business processes — like after-hours crew assembly — with easy-to-use, flexible, reasonably priced software applications.
